The Center for Professional Education (CPE) has been connecting individuals and organizations with professional development classes and certificate programs since 1999.

With a well-established reputation for providing high-quality professional development programs at UT Austin, CPE is an ideal partner for CSU's looking to quickly bring non-credit professional education programs to market. CPE maintains an email list of more than 50,000 adult learners looking for continuing education to support their career growth.

Current Cross-Campus Partnerships

• Essentials of Practical Design Thinking is a self-paced online introductory course developed by Dr. Julie Schell, Assistant Vice Provost for Academic Technology.
   
• Dr. Clay Spinuzzi and other faculty in the Department of Rhetoric and Writing teach courses that are part of CPE's Communication Skills for Professionals Certificate Program.
